Larry : Hey, dinner's my treat.
Ivy : Can you afford it?
Larry : Of course I can. Don't even worry about it. Besides, I know how hard it is to save money at your age.
Ivy : Thank you so much. Once I finish college, I'll have more money.
Larry : Hey, sis. I understand. Back when I was in school, I was totally broke.
Ivy : Well, I'm going to take the whole family out for dinner soon.
Larry : Don't make any promises you can't keep. At least wait until you get a job.
Ivy : You have a point.

賴瑞︰嘿，晚餐我請客。
艾薇︰你付得起嗎？
賴瑞︰我當然付得起。一點都不用擔心。而且，我知道在妳這個年紀存錢是很難的一件事。
艾薇︰真謝謝你。等我讀完大學，就會比較有錢了。
賴瑞︰嘿，小妹，我知道。我還在當學生的時候，根本是窮光蛋。
艾薇︰我很快就能請全家人吃頓飯。
賴瑞︰別承諾自己做不到的事情。至少等妳找到工作再說。
艾薇︰你說的很有道理
